Located in the heart of Houston’s renowned Theater District, Lyric Market is a bold and sophisticated addition to the city’s urban and culinary landscape. Developed as part of a mixed-use vision next to the iconic Lyric Tower, the project spans an entire city block and brings together architecture, community, and gastronomy in a dynamic, multi-story environment.

AGT Unlimited, as the design-build partner, played a key role in realizing this ambitious concept—transforming a vision of elevated communal dining into a destination. The project includes a 7,500-square-foot deck, a street-level plaza, and a vibrant terrace that invite patrons to connect with the energy of downtown Houston. Inside, chef-led food concepts, curated interiors, and flexible event space combine to create a high-end yet welcoming experience.

Lyric Market stands not just as a food hall but as an experiential venue—blending local culture, international cuisine, and stunning design into one of Houston’s most anticipated destinations.
