Since the first time I met Alonso Trevino in December, 2014, I recognized he is man of integrity and professionalism. Mr. Trevino was the supervisor for the construction of Ste. 500 in our building. The project was a pleasant experience as Mr. Trevino kept me informed during all stages of construction and was always available to discuss change orders of which there weren't many because he addressed most items that lead to change orders in his initial bid. Scheduling after hours work without problems, keeping subcontractors on task and on time, interfacing with our tenant when necessary but not excessively and wrapping up the project under pressure as the tenant desired to move-in as quickly as possible in January, 2015, Mr. Trevino displayed true professionalism. Mr. Trevino's 25+ years of experience in office space construction was invaluable with the second project in the Houston Medical Center--construction of a new pediatric dentistry clinic. This project was completed as close on time as possible given several plumbing items were either specified incorrectly or not specked at all by the mechanical engineer. Because Mr. Trevino has built several dental offices, he recognized flaws in the project's plans for plumbing and electrical and managed the project to achieve a satisfactory result. I look forward to working with Mr. Trevino in the future as I respect his judgment on all matters related to constructing office space.
